I love the Hold Steady. My brother hates them, but that’s besides the point. They’ve released a couple tracks off of their new album Heaven in Whenever (5-4), and this is the newest one:

Sounds like standard Hold Steady to me, which is awesome since I got a little concerned (and despondent) when Franz Nicolay left the band.
